Send the working entrance, not just the office address
For an Apopka project, give the property address and explain which entrance rental vehicles can use. Mention gates, turning restrictions and scheduled deliveries. The project office or postal address may not identify the route to the planned restroom position, particularly where contractors use a separate access point.
Coordinate the visit with the site contact
Agree who can confirm placement and answer questions on arrival. Share the proposed position before fencing, containers or material storage are arranged around it. If the contact will be absent, discuss an alternative handover or unattended placement arrangement in advance rather than assuming the driver can choose a spot.
Keep cleaning and pickup on the same access plan
A delivery route must also work later in the rental. Explain any change in gate hours or work zones before a scheduled visit. Discuss the included service, supplies, extension procedure and final collection request. Do not relocate equipment independently when site activity changes; contact the rental team for the appropriate arrangement.
A delivery brief the site team can use
Record the working entrance, receiving contact, permitted arrival window and proposed position in one message. Include a gate code only through an agreed private channel, not a public review. If the delivery address differs from the billing address, make that distinction explicit.
When the construction layout changes
Notify the rental contact before fencing, excavation or stored materials block access. Moving a toilet without coordination can disrupt the servicing route. Ask how relocation is handled and whether it changes the quote. Keep a clear approach through the last collection, not only the first delivery.
