Be clear about the facility being requested
An independent portable toilet beside a temporary stay is different from servicing an RV’s built-in tanks. Describe which need you have so the enquiry is not based on the wrong equipment. Include separate washing or other sanitation requirements rather than assuming every service is covered by a cabin rental.
Fit the position around vehicles and people
Explain where vehicles, awnings and outdoor furniture will stand. The restroom needs a usable user route and a service approach that remains open while the property is occupied. Confirm placement permission with the owner or site operator before treating an empty area as available for equipment.
Cover the stay and the departure
Share expected use and dates, then discuss supplies, cleaning and collection. If different groups will arrive during the rental, identify one contact responsible for the arrangement. Keep access available after the stay ends so the unit can be collected without relying on a departed guest to open a gate.
Separate portable toilets from vehicle servicing
State clearly whether you need an outdoor toilet for people staying on the property or a service related to the vehicle itself. A porta potty enquiry does not automatically include RV pump-out, sewer connections or fresh-water supply. Have any additional request confirmed separately.
Think about the occupied layout
Allow for vehicle doors, steps, awnings and the route people use after parking. The space available before campers arrive may not remain open. For a longer stay, establish how servicing reaches the unit without requiring every vehicle to move.
